New Students

  • What to Wear: Non-constrictive clothing like you would wear to the gym.
  • What to Bring: Water and a yoga mat if you have one (yoga mat rentals are free on your first time at the studio). Some students like to bring a small towel with them.
  • Avoid Heavy Eating Before Class: If your practice is first thing in the morning, have a small piece of fruit before coming to class.
  • Please Arrive 10-15 Minutes Early to meet the instructor and fill out a short form.
